FEATURES
- Equalizer rollers and wide long crawlers: These help provide smoother travel and turning with less shock, even on uneven ground or concrete surfaces.
- Automatic vehicle leveling control: Helps maintain stable machine posture during operation on uneven ground or sloped field conditions.
- High-output clean engine: Equipped with a 45 PS engine compliant with Japan’s 4th-stage emissions regulations for special motor vehicles.
- Digging section: By increasing the distance between the center of the digging section and the left edge of the crawler, the machine helps reduce the risk of stepping on unharvested carrots. The adjustment range at the front end of the conveying section has also been widened, and the number of belt-holding pulleys has been increased to improve gripping force for more precise conveying.
- Soiler: The maximum digging depth of the soiler has been increased, allowing the machine to harvest larger carrots.
- Vehicle-speed synchronized conveying: Simply pressing the synchronization button on the side panel synchronizes the travel speed and conveying section, helping make harvesting work easier and more stable. The synchronization ratio can be adjusted in 5 levels.
- Tops cutting: Changes to the cutter structure and mounting position help enable high-speed harvesting work.
- Sorting section: The helper’s working space has been expanded, and the distance to the sorting conveyor has also been revised to allow more comfortable sorting work.
- Flexible container discharge assist: The crane operates automatically at the touch of a button, making it easier to unload the flexible container bag. The crane lifting stroke can be adjusted in 5 levels according to bag weight and field conditions.
- Auto clutch: The movement of the conveyor belt is automatically switched off and on according to the raising and lowering of the digging section.
- Digging section lift assist: The digging section can be raised or lowered to a preset height at the touch of a button.
- Multi one-lever / Multi shift lever: Frequently used switches are集中 on the operator-side lever, allowing the operator to stay focused on harvesting work without taking a hand away from the controls.
- Easy start: With a single clutch lever operation, the machine sets 1) conveyor forward rotation, 2) cutter ON and conveyor ON, and 3) engine working speed at approximately 2100 rpm, allowing work to start easily. This function is available only when the auto-accel switch is ON.
- DC power socket: A DC power socket is located immediately to the left of the operator’s seat and can be used to charge a mobile phone and other small devices.
