Can you customize or modify products to meet my specific requirements?
In general, we cannot accommodate major custom modifications for individual customers. Our products are supplied according to the manufacturer's standard specifications.
Some products may have optional parts or manufacturer-supported adjustments available. If you are unsure whether a product will suit your needs, please contact us before placing an order
ORDERS
I don’t know how to place an order
Please add the desired item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
You can place an order without creating an account.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes. After your purchase, you can view and download the invoice from your order tracking page.
DELIVERY
Is it possible to select a delivery company?
No. The shipping company and shipping method used will be determined based upon the geographical location of the recipient. Please understand that it will not be possible to select a specific shipping company.
Will I have to pay a tariff when I receive the goods?
For orders placed directly through our online checkout, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
In most cases, no additional import duties or taxes will be required upon delivery.
PAYMENT
Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes, this is possible. Major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay and more are available.
Can I pay through Bank Transfer?
Please note that Bank Transfer is available when your order is higher than 1000 USD. If you wish to pay through Bank Transfer, please contact us before placing an order.
