Shipping
We usually ship by FedEx or DHL. Our FedEx rate is cheaper than EMS. It will be suitable for small packages or under 10 kg of the items.
We will make shipment immediately after confirming your order. After the shipping, we will provide the tracking number through email.
Notes
- For orders placed directly through our online checkout, applicable import duties and taxes are calculated and charged at checkout.
- In most cases, no additional import duties or taxes will be required upon delivery.
- For orders handled by quotation, including some heavy-load shipments, responsibility for import duties and related charges depends on the Incoterms stated in the quotation.
- The seller is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by customs.
- The seller is not responsible for an uninsured package in case of loss.

Shipping for Heavy Load
If your order over 100 kg and you are not in a hurry, it is suitable for Sea freight.
We export our heavy items to various countries via LCL/FCL on the EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP basis in accordance with Incoterms 2010. In that case, please let us know your closest seaport through "GET A QUOTE" on the product page or here. Then we send a quote immediately after calculating the shipping cost.

For heavy-load orders arranged by quotation, responsibility for import duties and related charges depends on the Incoterms shown in the quotation. Please check the quotation before ordering. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for loss of uninsured packages.
Delivery Schedule
Estimated delivery time varies. Items will be shipped internationally from Japan.

For quotation-based orders, please check the Incoterms and import-charge responsibility stated in the quotation.
Return Policy
We DO NOT accept refund, return or exchange. If you ordered wrong items, we do not accept refund, return or exchange at all after invoicing. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please make sure by our online form that the items are correct before you place an order.
In case of damage or loss on the arrival of the items, and after we have looked into the cause, the actual damage cost will be compensated. To apply for this, please contact us at [Contact form] with your order number and photos of the item within 3 days of delivery.

- We DO NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "GIFT" on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
- Packages shipped from Japan usually reach their destination quickly but please allow several days. All packages will be carefully packed with packing material.
