SUMMARY
The Jang Seeder Granule Applicator JS-1 is a manual push-type spreader that adopts a precision roll-drive mechanism instead of the conventional gravity-drop method.
Its wheel-linked roll system, connected by a flexible shaft, ensures uniform and accurate application of granules regardless of walking speed or field conditions.
The JS-1 can distribute granules on two rows simultaneously, or on one side only when needed, allowing precise application at the base of each plant.
With a working speed of 1.1 m/s, it covers 0.1 ha (≈ 1 tan) in about 8 minutes — approximately five to six times faster than manual hand spreading.
The JS-1 delivers accurate, consistent, and environmentally friendly granule application, helping reduce labor costs and improve productivity in the field.
For Orizemate and Other Granular Materials
The JS-1 is well suited for applying Orizemate granules and other compatible granular materials, including granular pesticides, fertilizers, and soil conditioners. Its roll-drive metering system is designed to maintain a stable application rate for targeted application along rows or around plant bases.
The machine is not limited to Orizemate or pesticide use. Always check and adjust the discharge rate before use, and follow the product label and local regulations when applying any agricultural chemical.
