SUMMARY
The YANMAR HD1250 is a self-propelled, single-row daikon harvester designed to handle digging, pulling, tops cutting, sorting, and collection in one continuous harvesting process.
It combines a vibrating subsoiler, triple divider, adjustable pulling belts, fixed-blade topping mechanism, manual sliding sorting conveyor, and hydraulic dump table. The standard HD1250 supports both half-size containers and flexible bulk bags.
FEATURES
- Vibrating subsoiler and triple divider: The vibrating subsoiler gently loosens the soil around the daikon. The triple divider lifts the foliage to help reduce pulling failures and uncut tops.
- Suitable for mulched cultivation: The harvesting system can also be used in mulched fields, depending on the ridge shape and cultivation conditions.
- Independently adjustable pulling-belt speed: The pulling and conveying speed can be adjusted independently of the machine's travel speed according to crop growth, foliage condition, and the working pace of the sorting assistant.
- Reversible conveying belts: If the conveying section becomes blocked, the belts can be reversed to discharge the obstruction.
- One-pass topping mechanism: Special sponge belts align the shoulders of the daikon while helping prevent crop damage. The durable stainless-steel fixed blade cuts the tops in a single pass, eliminating the need for a second cut.
- Manual sliding sorting conveyor: The conveyor can be moved manually to distribute harvested daikon throughout the container, including the corners.
- Independently adjustable conveyor speed: The sorting-conveyor speed can be adjusted separately from the machine's travel speed to match the working pace of the sorting assistant.
- Hydraulic dump table: The standard HD1250 supports both half-size containers and flexible bulk bags. The entire table can be tilted hydraulically for quick and easy unloading.
- Maximum load capacity of 600 kg: The receiving section has a maximum load capacity of 600 kg.
Note: The dump table cannot load the container onto the machine by itself.
- UFO chassis height adjustment: The left and right crawler heights can be adjusted to change the angle of the pulling and conveying section on slopes or uneven ground. The overall machine height can also be adjusted.
- Round steering wheel with FDS: The HST and FDS system supports stable straight-line travel and smooth turning, from gradual turns to spin turns.
- Harvesting-unit raise and lower switch: The pulling section can be raised or lowered using a switch while the operator continues holding the steering wheel.
- Easy-to-read meter panel: The operator can check machine information such as engine speed and remaining fuel at a glance.
- Individual ignition key: Each machine uses an individually patterned ignition key to help prevent theft.
