SUMMARY
The Tiger Kawashima RC-3 is a pneumatic long-onion root cutting machine designed to cut roots quickly and cleanly by pressing the onion against the cutting plate. Work capacity is approximately 60 onions per minute under reference conditions.
The machine itself requires no electrical power, but it must be connected to a suitable low-pressure air compressor.

- Actual work capacity varies with operator skill and the condition of the onions.
- Root cutting should be performed before peeling.

FEATURES
The RC-3 can be used together with the Long Onion Peeling Machine to streamline root cutting and peeling work. Depending on the work setup, the machines can be arranged for one- or two-person operation.
Thick green onions, fine green onions, curved green onions, you can use any type of green onion.
Root cutting depth adjustment dial
Fine-tune the depth of root cutting according to how the roots of the green onion grow.
Duster gun standard equipment
