SUMMARY
The NIPLO BL-125 is a tractor-mounted conveyor digger designed primarily for harvesting potatoes, taro, and short-rooted carrots. The digging section lifts the crop together with the soil, while the conveyor separates the soil and leaves the harvested crop exposed on the ground for easier collection.
With a wide 125 cm digging width, the BL-125 is designed for efficient harvesting over a larger working width than the smaller BL models. Its calculated work capacity is 35 to 67 minutes per 10 a, with an applicable tractor power range of 20 to 30 PS.
Although sweet potatoes are not listed among the manufacturer's primary recommended crops for this standard configuration, BL-series standard diggers are also used for sweet potato harvesting in actual field conditions. Real-world examples of BL-series digging operation can be seen in the videos below.

- Sweet potato harvesting in actual field use: Standard BL-type diggers are also used in practice for sweet potato harvesting. Sweet potatoes are not listed among the manufacturer's primary recommended crops for this configuration, so suitability may vary depending on crop and field conditions.

Up to 10 cm digging depth: The digging depth can be adjusted down to a maximum of approximately 10 cm below the furrow bottom.
STANDARD CONFIGURATION
This product is supplied in the standard BL-125 configuration with a resin-covered digging edge, side plates, and a No. 1 conveyor.
Other BL-series configurations exist for different crops and harvesting conditions, but this product page is for the standard BL-125 configuration only.
