SUMMARY
A cabin-type high-clearance boom sprayer designed for efficient chemical application in paddy fields and upland crops. The BSA-651 / BSA-951 is available with a 600L or 850L chemical tank capacity depending on the model.
FEATURES
- Mid-tank layout: The chemical tank is positioned near the center of the machine, helping maintain a stable front-to-rear weight balance even as the tank volume changes during operation.
- HST (stepless transmission): Forward/reverse switching and speed adjustment can be handled smoothly by lever operation without clutch work.
- Front work light and washer-equipped wiper: Designed to support visibility and operator convenience during field work.
- Standard water supply system: Equipped as standard with a 5-linked water supply system.
- Walk-through floor and rear access step: A foldable rear step inside the cabin, combined with Maruyama’s original walk-through floor layout, helps make entry and exit easier and improves overall usability.
- 2WS / 4WS switching: The steering mode can be switched between 2WS and 4WS depending on field conditions and work requirements.
- User-focused boom system: The boom uses hydraulic cylinders for smooth operation except for the sliding section, and the spraying width can be adjusted freely from 9.9 m to 15.9 m.
- “Pitatto Arm” boom leveling system: Helps minimize boom shake by responding to uneven ground, vehicle tilt, and rebound during operation.
- Panorama wide cabin: The cabin layout has been redesigned to provide more legroom and a more spacious, comfortable working environment than previous models.
- 7-inch Multi Navi: Automatically controls the application rate according to the preset amount per 10a, adjusting the pressure valve automatically to maintain consistent spraying even when the boom width changes or one-sided spraying is used.
- Standard nozzles: Ceramic cone nozzle φ1.6, Rice Shower Nozzle 25, and Crab-eye foam nozzle φ1.6 with a 3-way switching nozzle.
- Air conditioner: Equipped with a high-performance air conditioning system for comfortable work in all seasons, with six air outlets inside the cabin.
- Tank capacity options: Available in 600L (BSA-651) or 850L (BSA-951) depending on the selected model.
