SEED SIZE
3.2 upto 5.4 mm
SP-34H can work several seed sizes by replacing the mesh. It will be better off having many meshes if you are a buckwheat processor. 4.2 to 4.6 mm is average in Japan. The mesh price is $220 USD/PC.
MOISTURE PERCENTAGE
12 to 14% will be best. Less than 10% will be cracked like rice.
