The unique shape creates a characteristic convection combustion that swirls around the edges. Due to this convection combustion, the unburned gas (smoke) that tried to escape is drawn in again and re-burned, resulting in significantly less smoke.

In addition, the reflected heat from the stainless steel is added to this convection combustion, resulting in a high temperature state of 900°C inside the vessel, allowing a large amount of charcoal with a high carbon content (80% to 99%) to be produced in a short time.

Soil improvement

When charcoal is mixed with soil, it increases the water retention, water permeability, and air permeability of the soil, helping plant growth. Charcoal is designated by government ordinance as a soil conditioner (Ordinance for Enforcement of the Soil Fertility Improvement Act, Cabinet Order No. 354). The use of charcoal allows crops to grow deliciously.

Water quality improvement

During and after the war, charcoal was also put into the wells to use clean underground water for agricultural purposes. Charcoal has countless small pores, and harmful impurities are adsorbed into the pores and decomposed and purified by microorganisms attached to the charcoal. This is why charcoal is called a "natural water purifier."

Deodorize

Charcoal has countless small pores that absorb odor sources. Mixing charcoal with cow or chicken manure will eliminate the smell. It also helps prevent livestock pollution.

Melting snow

It absorbs heat from the sun and melts snow faster. Also, after the snow melts, it improves the soil and helps plants grow. It is effective to apply it when the snow becomes sherbet-like.
