SUMMARY
・The cleaning brush installed in the machine thoroughly cleans the mud and roots stuck to the seedling trays. The structure prevents mud and dust from accumulating, so continuous operation is possible.

・Structure
The water from the sprinkler above is collected in the tank and then the water is effectively used by brushing it up with the bottom brush.
※The illustration shows the NBC-505. The NBC-305 does not have the D root-cleaning brush.
A, B: Brushes that rotate in opposite directions
The brushes rotate in opposite directions to clean the walls of the seedling trays while holding them in place.
B: Stepped brush brush that washes the top edge of the tray
The tapered brush, which has short bristles attached to both ends, washes the top edge of the seedling tray.
C: Disk brush that washes the side of the tray
The disk brush attached to the brush washes the side of the seedling tray.
・The work speed can be switched.
The work speed can be changed by switching the intermittent feeder to the position of the speed to be changed.
By switching it according to the degree of dirt on the seedling boxes and the work time, the boxes can be washed efficiently.
