The HODEN 3RSB-10FS-NT is a compact grain pearling machine for small-batch barley or wheat processing. A 10 kg barley hopper, abrasive pearling mechanism and dust-collection unit support on-farm processing and small-scale food production.
FEATURES
Small-batch grain pearling
This compact machine lets you pearl barley or wheat in small batches, without investing in large-scale equipment or sending out large quantities for processing. The machine removes the outer layers of grain with a dedicated abrasive stone rather than grinding the entire grain into flour.
Dedicated abrasive stone
The abrasive pearling mechanism is designed to finish the grain surface carefully. The manufacturer presents examples with Kirarimochi, Daishimochi and Fiber Snow barley.

Cyclone separator
The cyclone separator helps separate bran from the airflow before it reaches the dust-collector filter, reducing the frequency of filter cleaning.

Two power supplies are required
The standard pearling motor requires three-phase 200 V. The dust collector requires a separate single-phase 100 V supply. Confirm the local electrical supply before ordering.
