SUMMARY
The DELICA DR-202N is a tractor-mounted plastic mulch film remover that strips and winds used film in one operation. It supports both side-pull and rear-pull removal, without a separate field-drying stage.
FEATURES
Strip and collect film in one operation
The DR-202N winds the stripped film onto its collection reel as work proceeds. The collected roll can be released from the machine with a one-touch mechanism.
Reduce the burden of used-film collection
Soil, moisture and crop residues make used mulch film heavier to handle. Mechanized stripping and winding reduce the manual handling involved in collecting it.
For flat beds, raised beds and full-field mulch
The DR-202N supports ordinary mulch on flat or raised beds, as well as full-field mulch coverage.
Side-pull and rear-pull removal
Choose the pulling direction to suit the field layout. Side-pull removal helps work around crop residues, while rear-pull removal is also supported.
Film condition and soil preparation
Film thickness of at least 0.03 mm is recommended. Very thin film or film weakened by prolonged UV exposure may tear during removal. Film that cannot be stripped by hand cannot be removed by this machine. Loosen hard covering soil before removal.
The tractor is not included.
